Welcome, the whole black panel with the buttons "just" pops off (can be quite hard the first time note) with the aid of a screwdriver or plastic tool, be careful if using a metal too it doesn't slip or mark the plastic?
BEFORE removing turn all the knobs to the left as they can move once removed so you know where they all were before
Not sure how its held in place, disconnect the plugs carefully, and turn over it may clip in or require a bit gluing back?
I always say this if your ac still works never turn it off

I had this on my daughters car. Indeed as John says, remove entire panel which contains the twist controls for air.

The small panel within which contains the rear demist button, has a single screw holding it onto the main panel, which came out on ours. Screwed back in and all secure/good. thanks
