Technical Rear demister

Hi I will try and make this as short as possible.Fiat 500 2010 1.2 rear demister not working,have checked the rear window itself that is working.Checked fuses they ok,checked relay that is clicking when switched on and off.I have checked continuity from relay to back window and there are no breaks.Have checked wiring on hatch one or two are kinked but not broken..The engine speed increases when demister is turned on but getting nothing voltage wise at the demister itself.Any help greatly appreciated

Have checked wiring on hatch one or two are kinked but not broken

You need to strip the kinked wires at the hatch, you'll see that they're broken.

Hi there could you tell me which wire is the live going to the rear demister,there is a brown and white wire and a black wire.Have tested the brown and white wire from relay to rear window and that is intact.I dont know where the black wire goes,it seems to go into the roof lining,and is there an airbag there?
