Technical Loose drivers seat

Hi, My daughter's car's drivers seat cusion is loose. It seems to be more so on the left have side but the whole thing rattles, metal on metal. I was trying to fix it without removing the seat. But I can't see anything that might be loose or unclipped. Does anybody have any advice or any pictures of how to remove or tighten up just the cusion please?

I took the plunge today and pulled out the the drivers seat from the car. (Disconnecting the battery first). I found there's two bolts near the front and one of them had sheared the nut away from the seat. They were really tight, so wonder if they had been overtightened at some point I used some metal epoxy around the nut, to hold it in place and then around the area of the join. Hopefully this will be strong enough to hold it.

This sounds to me to be dangerously unsafe; if the seat were to break free in a collision, then someone could be seriously injured or even killed.

I'm sure this would be a certain MOT fail if spotted, though I'd not be surprised if most testers missed it.
