Ahh, simple enough. An independent fused line I think for it may be an idea. You do have to connect up a 12v line to power it (I already this for my Bluetooth and dashcam) and connect 2 wires to the OBD connector. I had a spare OBD plug lying around, so I just soldered the wires to that and plugged it in.
No, I'm familiar with aftermarket versions, but I mean from another Fiat (500, Punto etc.)Yes there are aftermarket versions and they ahvebeen reported on herein. ConradAnderson,co.uk do a really good quality kit There are others as well.
Unfortunately I have 0.9 twinair 4x4...They are fitted to 500s so that would almost certainly fit at least on another 1.2
Me too I asked about Conrad Anderson because they warranted the car even when new. I am failry sure the 500 TA 105 could have cruise as well. Obviously you need the brain to be compatible. Again I have seen on here hte CA made kit fits to a Panda and its plug and play no interfereance with the cars ECU I saw it on sale for £385 a couple of years back so maybe worht negotiating with a main supplier.Unfortunately I have 0.9 twinair 4x4...
I seem to recall you had Cruise fitted using a stalk from a 500,They are fitted to 500s so that would almost certainly fit at least on another 1.2
We need to see your half breed Panda, so post some photos soon please. Actually thats not fair, I have a half breed Panda and you have a 2/3 breed one. LOL. Im really interested to see how you get on with it. I wonder if you could get the petrol bit souped up just a little. Im sure the three pot will suity Pandas character.Hi Folks,
Thanks for the updates
From my side:
I now own a 3-pot Panda..
Will get a few miles under it's belt to see if it's worth spending out on Cruise
(that is the longterm aim)
I see the later Canm8 can plug into OBD socket (same as insurance BlackBoxes)
So I need to check for an SGW on this
My MES lists SOME 1.0 S.G E. motors,
Just not the Panda.. I won't give Yani another 50 Euro until I know more..
