Strangely I never got pulled back when the Marea was standard.
Fo some reason now I get pulled more often. Although by more often I mean twice in 2 years.

i stopped getting pulled over or infact even noticed since i got rid of the Uno.

Amazingly I've never been stopped since about 1999 (furious wood touching). That was also while driving a boy racer Citroen AX GT since 2001 and also driving my red Uno since April 2003. Red is supposed to be the worst car colour to get stopped with too! And I certainly don't drive like a Granny either
you will go blind!
Whats wierd with me is the more I've modifiy my car, the amount of times I get stopped per month goes down

I think they just can't believe my 21 year old 1.0 litre Uno can go THAT fast
that wheels got a crack in it or at least a chunk missing.
if you want to avoid getting pulled, drive a volvo estate. no one could give half a rats testicle, roundabout, two officers, drainpipe exhaust, 2tones sideways....

i was only pulled twice in one year with the punto, and it had an exhaust that could wake half of carlisle...

Noise + smoke and vibrations does not equal speed.
It may feel like your doing 100, but look at the speedo. Its only 45. I now need to watch because silence equals points on licence. Whereas before you could tell how fast you were going just by the road noise.

lol im sure you've driven your car at 6k revs and punto sporting has a short first gear, before you know it you've hit 7k revs also i had that twin exhaust on with de-cat at the time :devil: they didnt say it was too loud tho

And when I looked at the speedo it was showing three figure speeds I kid ye not! Obviously optimistic but a damn site faster than 45mph
