Technical Combination Fog and Reversing lights for 2018 Panda 4x4

I would like a fog light and a reversing light on BOTH sides of my 4x4 Panda. Preferably a combination unit that would fit in place of the existing squarish fog light (offside) and reversing light (nearside). I have a vague recollection that there has been a thread on this subject but can't find it.
Any help would be appreciated ,especially if .anyone has done this mod

I would also like this but have never seen lights any as described in spite of regular trawls of ebay - UK, Italy and .com. I think a second reverse light would be a real boon. The RFL really doesnt need a twin as its very bright. If you find any, please let us know!
