General reversing light

Fiat Panda 2013 need to wire rear camera to reversing light i have found the 2 wirers for reversing light i need to know which wirer is positive and witch is negative one wire is Green+Grey and one is Green+Black would greatly appreciate any help with this issue

When I did my reversing sensors, Grey/green was the one to tap into for the reverse light signal - I'd expect that one to be the positive.
