They are called neds in scotland, non. educated. delinquints. a Pikey is a traveller.
We call them Pikey's, Gyppo's (or Gypponites) or Chavs. The word chav has been used around here for years!
As far back as I can remember, some of Hampshire's finest make comments such as "Dawdy cacker me chavvy", which is a chav way of saying "Oh my gosh"
