Having just changed my front bush on my wishbone suspension I would like to make a few points
1 you will need a lump hammer chisel and angle grinder to get the inner metal bush sleeve off the wish bone and you will have to remove it from the car to do it!
2 you could strip the aluminium threads from the rear bush just by removing them, the aluminium can corrode and fuse on the bolts. If this happens you will need a whole new wishbone anyway.. Or you could use longer bolts with nuts to clamp it on from above?
I suggest before ordering just the bush you try to remove one of the rear bush bolts, if after a couple of turns it loosens take it out and inspect the threads, if clean replace and try the other bolt. If either bolt remains stiff don’t continue! Do it back up and order a new wishbone if you strip the aluminium thread this leaves no grip to hold the bush to the frame
(When you get your new wish bone, if you needed one remember to clean any bolt threads of aluminium before putting then in the new wishbone bush)
To change the front bush only you will need to remove the wishbone
Once removed rip off the front bush outer and rubber by clamping it in a vice and twisting the wishbone
Then clean off rubber from inner metal collar you should now see it’s about 5cm long
Then with a cutting disk cut a groove along its length till you’re nearly through to the wishbone then with a chisel try to split the collar apart (Mine came loose at this point and I tapped it off)
When putting the new one on make sure you get it the right way round and properly aligned ( a photo before you remove the old one would help ) as its a very tight fit it took me 5 minutes clumping it hard with a lump hammer to drive it right home
