Hello,
I posted a few days ago about my starter motor not getting any power but had no luck even called RAC out and they said it could be a bad starter but I highly doubt that it's a new starter, that was fitted in 2010 according to the Service History the battery had a voltage check done by RAC and came up as 12.67v so all good there but what puzzles me is the battery & oil light stay on when you attempt to start the car.
All other dashboard lights go out after a split seconds, but these two remain on I've done a bit of research and people have said the battery and when I brought the car the guy told me it's not the standard battery for this car, which gives me the conclusion it doesn't have the right power to keep the car powered?
Here's a video I did when trying to start the car, all electronics work in the car e.g. Stereo, A/C, lights, etc.
This issue is really bugging me now just want to get to the bottom of it :bang:
I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance!
