There was/is a recall scheme. Contact FIAT HQ. You never know your luck! I think I still have a Cinq tank in classifieds........ if you can't find it, PM me.

As fingers did say mate give the recall a try, i did have a new fuel tank out off it and it's replaced for free

I have decided to run it about on half tanks until i can change it.
i will do it when i do the brake discs/pads change in the crimbo period
cant let the old girl die on me just yet, at 105000 miles the engine is just loosening up nicely.

hi i had the same problem, i changed mine last week, it was a bit of a bugger to change due to some rusty hidden bolts. i had to get grinder on them, fire extinguisher on hand!!
