Poor car failed MOT today; corroded offside brake pipe. Lucky it's only the short length from the flexible pipe to the cylinder and being offside rear easy access.
Visit to local garage,

"how much to make and fit?"

"will drop it off tomorrow"
Fiat coat their brake pipes with what appears to be plastic up to the last 10mm. That last 10mm seems to be painted and that is the part that has corroded. I did a quick visual check on remainder and added a little bit of waxoyl also.
Really worth a check as the other pipes are awkward and more expensive.
