Nice to hear that your Nokia 7210 is working fine. I have Nokia Music Express which also works fine except the message reader. It was working fine but now I am having a problem. After calling / dialing a number the call gets connected but as soon as the caller accept the call, the speakers in the car emit loud noise and I can't hear the voice clearly. The caller also doesn't hear my voice except some jarring noise. I tried all the options of resetting, re-pairing and voice controlling both in the blue & me and in the phone. But in vain. Can somebody help me in resolving this peculiar problem ?

My BlueAndMe (Fiat 500 Lounge) would not transfer my iPhone 4 contacts via bluetooth. It works fine but since no contacts were copied I can't use voice dialing.
Other voice commands work just fine...
Thought it might be an Apple issue but not sure, since I had a PARROT bluetooth device in another car and all contact were copied to the device.
tried to upgarde BlueAndMe as explained in BlueAndMe.org but got "Config. Error".
So I am frustrated because my friend (Nokia user) used voice dialing and I don't.

I got my Blue & Me checked at the dealer. Fantastic job done. After sales service seems to not an issue at all. FIAT has improved its service beyond expectation. My Blue & Me has been restored. I can call and receive phone calls through Blue & Me.

From what i've read, i like the Blue and Me better than other systems like Ford or Lincoln SYNC. Looking forward to driving one soon

I live in India and own a Fiat Linea. I am facing issues with Blue&Me for the last couple of days.
The Blue&Me behaves weirdly when I make/receive calls. When I make a call, I hear horrible noise (Grrr). This continues even after the person at the other side picks up the call. Also the person at the other side too could hear only the Grrrr noise but not the voice of the caller. But, again listening to music is normal and works perfectly.
I wanted to test my car again and went ahead on the same today. Now, my car stopped connecting with my phone automatically. Even, when I force for "connect with Blue&Me" in my Nokia Phone, the connection fails. I deleted the pairing in my phone and tried to re-pair. Now, pairing itself got failed. Tried multiple times but couldn't succeed. Got the error "PAIR. FAILED" and the lady voice says "User pairing failed".
Any possible cause/solution?

I have a 59 plate GP with Blue& Me and looking to update the software.
Will the ver 5.5 work ok or is this more for the new Blue&Me Gen Systems on the new facelift GP Evo?

i have an 07 GP mjet sporting and paired my Nokia 800 Lumia straight away. works fine. the only issue i have with Blue&Me is when your scrolling through the menu's there is no back button. so you go through the options, select phonebook, then decide you no longer want to ring anyone but cant go back or get rid of it. very annoying. just have to press ok and let it ring someone then cancel it. which isnt always appropriate.

I have a 56 plate GP Sporting bought new and have had no B&M problems until now. Playing from a USB stick it will now only repeatedly play the song I select. I can use the steering wheel or voice controls to change track and then it just plays that track. This happens if I select Artists, Folders, Albums or Play Anything.
Any suggestions? It's been a while since I upgraded the version of B&M so how do I check which version I have?

I've had this problem before. It's to do with the file index being corrupted. To clear it, plug in another USB stick with other music on it, so it clears and re-indexes all of the files. Once that's done, put your original stick back in.
That was my first thought but I have tried multiple usb sticks. Even tried one with only 2 songs on it. I have had the message about rebuilding media library but it still doesn't work even after that.

Try using the Blue&Me voice command "Loop Off".
When you play music from the memory stick, why doesn't it show the track playing info on the main unit? Rubbish design!!
Bizzare really as the head unit display can do text plus, the track name is passing over CAN anyway to the dash cluster so why the head unit can't be programmed to pick it up i'll never know.

hi all.... only had my car a month, the garage paired it and worked great...Now, i cannot make or receive calls, as the noise/crackle is so loud, nobody can hear me. I thought it was my phone as it is very old, but tried two others and they are the same.... i am so frustrated,,,,, it was great, but now dont know what to check... any ideas please??
