Technical Battery keeps going flat

Hi, i have a 1.4 90hp, i have fitted a new battery after the old one kept going flat but the problem is still there.I have had no warning lights only a squealing noise from the starter now and again.Sometimes i can go 2 to 3 weeks before it goes flat or a couple of days. I am wondering if there maybe a earth issue
