B&M Updates - Advice Required

Hi

It's been a few weeks since i've been on the forum. I just wanted to know if anyone has been able to access any new updates for B&M that might sort-out the long-running problem of the system always re-starting from the beginning of the music contained on USB sticks (i mean not remembering the last position like on a CD)

Has anyone updated their system in the last few months and did it resolve the issue?

i have update 4.3 i think, the problem is with mine, the usb connection is not permenant, its on and off.... sometimes it wont work at all... then later on, it will (without changing anything)

on a good stretch, it does remember the last song and play from there

Yes there's a new update version 5.5 available which solves this problem
It's available on fiat international website

Wonder if this'll break 'geekodrive', now that I've finally got it working with B&M 5.4?

The update worked! No longer does it skip back to the beginning every time the engine is turned off!! YAY!!!

mine still skips back to the beginning

sometimes if im playing from the USB, turn the engine off, go back a few hours later and it plays fom the CD instead.... thin if i say "play" it will then start from the beginning
