B&M Nokia 6500 slide names not showing & update not working

B&M works fine (no text messages though) only thing that is really annoying is that the display in the car (Grande Punto) doesn't show the name of the caller but only the number. Just one number in the memory shows the name of the caller (I made sure all the names and numbers are setup the same way in the phone). Any clue what might fix this behaviour?

Second problem is the update option using the voice command, it always fails. Is this function working for anyone? It complains about the connection while I'm sure the phone is setup just fine (everything works so it should be able to connect).

I can shed some light on part 2, the update service does not work at all yet, the only known updates are from the dealer via a flash memory stick at this present time, the update server is not active yet and I would'nt hold your breath as to when it will be.
