500 2012 blue&me not working

Hi
I am hoping someone can help.

I have a fiat500 twinair (2012) and it has a couple of issues;
Flashing mileage
Bluetooth (blue&me) not working.
Had the car a few weeks and mileage was not flashing when purchased it.
Previous owner said they had no issues (but never used the blue&me).

I tried unplugging battery for 20 mins
(as some have recommended).. but still flashing.
I plugged in diagnostic tool.. but no errors detected with modules.

Any help or pointers much appreciated.

Behind the passenger rear trim panel is the Bluetooth module, totally unplug it , you will need proxi alignment to remove the flashing mileage then all good.
Need Bluetooth? Pretty much only option, new radio fascia panel ( ebay £10 ) new aftermarket radio( £100 ) with far greater connectivity and possibly steering wheel adapter.
Don't even think of using the factory set up even if it works-note you can't stream music, it's crap.
