Right Guys and Girls after the success of Brooklands lets get a good turn out for this!!
As per usual there will be the FF BBQ which is free for everyone on the stand, this is why we would like it if everyone who is attending could fill out the event registration in the user cp (it's a link on the left hand side near the bottom of the user cp bar).
And also when you arrive and our parking guys have shown you's where to park can you pick up your badge from the Marquee
I know it's a pain but it lets us know who is on the stand (so if we need to move any car we know who is driving what etc) and also means as long as you have a badge you get free BBQ
We have disposable BBQ's aswell for anyone who is Vegetarian and doesn't want beef or pork We'll be getting the basic BBQ stuff like burgers and rolls etc if you want anything specific just bring it with you and we can cook it

what sort of time should i aim to arrive, also driving down in the morning from York.. Fraz, are you driving down on the day or you booked hotel/camping??
Not booked anything yet, would like to go down the night before but may end up just driving down in the morning. Not 100% sure on times for this one.
Well i'm driving down on the day, supposed to meeting Brin en route (woodall services), and then jatkinson and Reuuk a bit further down the M1 (leicester forest east services). So feel free to join our little convoy down - I do want to get there early though so won't be waiting for long at services if people aren't there.
I haven't actually confirmed these meeting points with the people i mentioned but i had a look at the map and reckon they are the best places to meet up.

that kinda depends what time the gates open for us, not been able to find the answer so far. AutoItalia website is no help at all

looks like i wont be down in my panda, its going to take me a long while to finish it off.
unless some one knows where i can get a 4x4 petrol tank from for under £200.
not to worry though i will see if i can get a lift with slugworth if he is going.

try and find a place called coolex, they used to be in derby but now in notts somewhere. they might be able to help you out with the tank.
