Technical Anyone breaking an hgt near leicester

I am in need of a mass air flow sensor for an early hgt
But i don't want to pay the £200 that fiat want for one. Any help would be great

You can get the sensors cheap off ebay. If you get the fiat part number put it into ebay and you will find plenty. Or just google the part number and you should find one. I just found one on ebay for £20.

I tried it but there is only one, it's in spain! No one breaking them will reply to my messages either

No parts suppliers can get one, even fiat don't do them! They can only get one with a throttle body from italy. I think i'll just shoot myself now

Get the 'part 'number..
Off the 'maf.

And do 'some google'ing

It might be fitted to 'more than one vehicle...

The 'Alfa romeo 's...might share the same 'part.

Its just down to cross/referencing. The part number..


I broke one of these things up not long back..and I put the 'maf off it in my junk 'pile..
Trouble is it'd take a day to find it..

I've checked part numbers and bugger all uses them apart from the hgt, the alfas use the type in the tube, where this one goes into the tb

Well I'm sure oldhammer would do you a good deal, fiat charge £200 I'm pretty sure oldhammer would sell it to you for £199.

Another option Custardman91 if you need a few more parts is buy a donor HGT and then once you are finished scrap it in. I know a few people who have done this or you could get the parts you need then ebay the rest.

It depend's..

Do you want it complete with the 'throttle body'.
Or do you just want the 'maf..sensor part...


am i right thinking the 'maf is on the throttle body...

Should have afh60m-15 on the sensor
