General advice needed

i have a 1.9 Grande punto 57 reg
the driver side seat is stuck all the back and will not move took it to my local garage said it need the rail under the seat replacing going to cost me about £260.00 in total to fit

i bought the car on the 1 jan 2008 so its still under 3rd year warranty
will this sort of thing be covered under the 3rd year warranty

Phone your Dealer and ask?

If something is broken, possibly will be covered if due to faulty parts or workmanship. Shouldnt be wear & tear as a 2007!

If you broke it, or got something stuck in one of the rails then No... it wont be covered...

I've got an annoying rattle from under my seat, somethings in there rolling around but I cant seem to get in to find it!

Is there an easy way of getting in there?
