Ducato AdBlue

I have just bought a Carado camper van based on a 2021 Ducato Series 4 Panorama Van.
This is my first brush with AdBlue and I don't know how much was in the van when it arrived.
The manual tells me there will be a warning when the AdBlue is getting low but not what the form of warning is.

On the dashboard display by the fuel icon (pump) is a capital 'B'.

I asked the local Fiat Campervan technician what it meant and he had no idea.
There is nothing in the hard copy manual or on-line.
Help please?
