A Complete Bastard

Some complete and utter git has scratched all down the side of my car with a key from the front wing to the fuel cap, and on a heraldic blue car the really stands out
Its not dented the car but ive tried T-Cutting it and thats not worked, ive tried a touch up paint from fiat and thats left a huge dark line all down the side so ive tried T-Cutting the touch up into the paintwork to blend it in and that doesnt work at all.
Now my bravo looks totally ****.

Does anyone have any suggestions or quotes on a part or full respray cause i was thinking of doing the whole car as there is a few minor and major scratches everywhere especially the bonnet.

Any help would be great.

sorry to hear about your car, there are some complete bastards about.

i know how you feel, someone booted the side of mine and put a massive dint in the side.

you should expect to pay up to about a grand for a full respray, id just get them to fix the scratch, should be about £200 for a guess.

Really sorry to hear about that Steve. I know how it feels. Had it done to cars previously.

Had a chunk out of the bumper of our brand new Punto Sporting. Called Chips Away (they're a mobile unit thruout the country) that do scratches, chips etc etc. They did a good job.

Might be worth going to www.chipsaway.co.uk to see if they could do anything.

that sounds really nasty... bad luck my friend.

when i bought my bravo from a fiat dealer there were a couple of major mutha hubbard scratches on the boot; real deep 'ns as well! the dealer said he'd sort 'em before i took delivery. damn right! i was pleasantly suprised when i got it; no sign of the scrathes at all!

i was so impressed i asked the fiat dealer who he got in to sort them. he said he contracted out to a guy called "MrChip"! I needed him to come round to do a couple of stone chips on the missus' bm. he turned up in his white van, 1hr and £50 later he was done... he told me to leave it for 24 hours for the paint to harden.... great job..... check your yella pages for your local equivalent... they do a great job!

Cheers lads, sounds like those mobile dent and chip companies are the ones to call, maybe when i rustle up £200 Ill get it done, in the meantime because the bonnet is full of chips and white marks i might have a go at doing it myself.
