Technical 500L Dualogic Trekking - failure with gearbox motor? (63 plate)

Unfortunately having a problem with our 63 plate 500L again - "check transmission" error, no buzzing from the usual relay that can stick sometimes but you can hear it instantly when that happens, just a complete "gear unavailable" and wont go into gear even after it was driven 10 miles to work this morning without any fault at all, parked up fine and as the mrs has come out to it to come home after her shift just a "check transmission" message straight away with "gear unavailable".

Spoke to CD motors and they suggested replacing the 30A Maxi fuse that drives the motor and its just instantly burning out the fuse..

Just posting here to see if anybody has had the same issue or can shed any light on what is actually causing it to burn the fuse out, the motor shitting itself and being overloaded or what?
