Hey all, need to sort a leak on the front diff/transfer output, have the seals and oil on order, only thing I'm missing is the e torx socket, don't suppose anyone knows what size I need (yellow arrow on the pic), id rather buy the one size I need rather than a full set I probably wont use.
Anyone done the job before and able to offer some tips to save any swears.

Related note, The prop shaft is coming off anyway to have a go at replacing that damned centre bearing, worst case that's £200 for a full shaft Vs £30 for the bearing (maybe the same in tea and cake too :D)

Thanks guys (y)

sorry can't help. Don't have the 4x4. Hopefully someone will check for you shortly.

My local Halfords is open. They sell bits individually. If you buy from there advanced / Pro range they have a life warranty. Ebay will be it and miss on quality.

Its ok, i call them both, normally id ask to try before i buy at halfrauds, but only open for collections.
I dont suppose its simply measure accross point to point for the size ?

Great thing about the 4x4 its high enough i can just squeeze under far enough, just looked an halfords, they do sell them but 3/8 drive my socket set is 1/2 drive, bloody figures ?
Time to dig to the bottom of toolbox to see if theres a reducer, god knows what ill find lurking in the bottom
