Tuning 406/C5 turbo onto 05 ducato 2.0jtd ?

Hi all, has anyone put a turbo and piping/intercooler/inlet from any of the hdi engines?
They seem to be the same DW10 engine.

Id imagine you would need a new ECU map,if the 110bhp turbo and manifold were a bolt on option.

If you changed out the Ducato engine and gearbox for the 406 or C5's would you then need the key and ECU from the donor vehicle?

Thats the engine code, looking into an easy oem power increase, would a map onto the ducato ECU take into account the bigger turbo...? Any info or a setting straight is appreciated, Al

How much power are you after, the standard turbo is a k03 they will do 150-170hp without blowing up. At a minimum you'd need an intercooler, boost solenoid, new map sensor/map potentiometer and a remap.

I was hoping for around the 120-130 after mapping, didnt realise the ko3 would produce that. So if i just went for the remap and put an intercooler on id get above 100bhp? Van is decated and has a straight threw and decent aftermarket cone filter.
Got a good quote for remap and egr removal.
