Technical 2014 Won’t start

My wife’s 2014 500L died while she was driving last week. I had it towed home and put the code reader on it. It said the camshaft position sensor was bad so I changed it out, still wouldn’t start. It was making a whirring sound when you cranked the ignition. I put a new starter in, charged the battery, and checked the flywheel for damage. Still won’t start and is still making the same sound. Any suggestions?

I swear I hear no compression whatsoever in the videos , I'm still going with no camshaft rotation.

Post 11 - I'm not familiar with the engine. (apart from it being an engine)

Still... if the engine is non-interference and your scenario would happen there would be some loud noises when that would happen. We have no reports about any noise, just that the engine stopped while driving.
Plus, with timing belt (or chain) on or off, the CPS picks up the engine revolution while cranking. Here it gives no movement data. My say is it's the sensor.
We are waiting for update news.
