Technical 2013 1.2 Not Starting

Just to make it clearer, and an appreciation of all your inputs.....
The pump was not making a noise when ignition on and priming..
Mileage is mid 60k, and running just fine.i find that this Panda mk3 punches above its weight and delight to drive.
I never owned a Mk 1, but had a 2005 169 Eleganza 1.2.....This version is really great.....just got sort out why my main headlight beams dont work.
