General 2007 Scudo cabin fan not working

Hi. I have just bought 2007 scudo

in the passengers roof lining the fan does not operate
any help please fuse? Where are fuses ?? Any help

Hi i have a 2007 scudo up by the rearview mirror the is a switch with a picture of a fan,,i assume thats what its for
,as i have no heat coming out the the roof vents ????? i wanted to sked why is an electic heater in the foof lining panel????
any help please
