Hi koalar,
Did you have any luck finding the wiring diagram for the 2003 model?
Many thanks.
sorry I forgot where we were up to
I take it we are now reverting back to the original plan of swapping the wires over

Yes it looks like the best option now, thanks again.
That looks like it. This is how I listed them after testing:
right side top to bottom
BRK - green/white
FOG - red/green
COM - black
IND - brown/white
FOG - white
left side top to bottom
FOG - yellow/black
BRK- green/white
COM - black
IND - pink/white
REV - grey
I'll attach my photos as well but the labels I put on the wires may obscure the colours
Modifying the wiring is essential. There is no other solution.
It is also necessary to change the covers of the lights to continental mode
Not for the earlier cars but on later models it is an adjustment in Multiecuscan for 2012 on

RHD LHD
1 13 1
15 15 2
7 7 3
5 5 4
11 11 5
body body connector
I dont see how without modifying the wiring either at the body computer end or light cluster end anything will alter
swapping pins 1 and 13 via software would be nice. But dont see anyone has succeeded in doing this.
according to the wiring diagrams that match your car. the LHD and RHD clusters are wired differently.
Of course I could be wrong. I have checked everything I can using the information on elearn. The harness runs are not compete on elearn. However it looks like the reverse and fog take difference paths to the front.
Do you have to set the reverse light to the other side as well in MES because on post 2012 the fog light is a reverse light on the other side. Not for the earlier cars but on later models it is an adjustment in Multiecuscan for 2012 on
