General 2004 1.9jtd Cheap multipla

As per title my cheap multipla for sale spares repair or break for parts if enough interest
everything complete apart from the sump, just changed it last week and bang it went when I hit a speed bump too hard.
Engine is perfect and was stopped before any damage was done to it
let me know what you want or take the whole car

After the chow I had getting the other one on I think it's time it went the journey

I changed my sump and the one I took off is ok some small cracks in it you can hardly see, easily repairable with chemical metal while it's off ? I'm in manchester if you want it ?

cheers for the offer mate but after a lot of thought I think the car is to good to scrap....so I have decided to get my old sump welded up and put on the car, at least this time round I know all the bolts won't be a pig to get off as I replaced them all when fitting the replacement sump

While it's being welded, it might be worth asking them if they can make up some sort of sump guard at the same time

I drove over it the same speed as I always done, just wondering if I bolted everything up tight when I re fitted it


I had to remove the gearbox mounting half shaft alternator and a load of other stuff just to get to all the bolts.

Hi again I might just need that sump after all as I am struggling to find another one


did yours leak when on the car ? does it need welded ??
my leaking one has about 13 cracks in in and would be a pig to weld

It did leak but I was thinking while it's off clean it and skim it in side with chemical metal, just a nice thin layer, should work ?
