Technical 1995 Punto Ashtray

Hi, how can I remove and empty the ashtray?

Pull it out empty it and put it back in again....

open it fully and you may be able to see a metal clip behind it, push that in and the tray should be able to come down more then, you will be able to click it out of its hinges then most likely, i don't have a mk1 punto but thats how you take it out on most cars i've seen. hope it helps.

the actual tray comes off.... but the door thing doesnt... but just pull the bit where the ash goes and it should just slide out

if you want to take the whole thing off it is 4 hex key nuts accessed from the underneath.
