Technical 100HP Panda need advice 🙏

Ok I’ve just bought my entry to the panda club , sadly I’m afraid one pickup drive from London to the East Midlands and it’s not so glorious anymore. Yes I drove it like anyone would a nice new nippy hot hatch however not stupidly.

What’s wrong
Two light are on:

1. Car Protection System failure
   
   
   That light comes on and flashes
2. Injection system failure
   
   
   obviously I know as far as in this book tells me and I am going into my local garage to get its temperature taken . But if any of you more knowledgable than I can give your input that would be a life(wallet)saver thankyou

Temporarily but It eventually flicks on and then flickers, forgot to mention my low beams dim when I accelerate

Mmm sounds electrical

Do you have a multimeter

What's the earth cable like, both from the battery to the chassis leg and under the battery tray to the top of the gearbox
