A few weeks ago I was having problems with the car refusing to start. I never did resolve the reason but it did sort itself after pulling and testing every single fuse and relay. They all tested ok.

The windscreen washer is also not working though the wipers are fine. Of course that could easily be a red herring. The washer bottle is full.

Last week was the car's first outing after Lockdown. The heater is electrically dead so in mind of my recent hassles I'm thinking fuse or relay. Has anyone else had the 100HP heater unit go off and stay off?

The PWM was tried in a different car. It was a waste of effort but that car is working just as it always did (fan speeds 3 and 4).

The 100HP climate control has a continuously variable fan speed so it's unlikely to have a fan speed resistor pack as used on the more sensible cars.

But I have no wiring diagram for the climate control so who knows for sure. The whole control system is dead. No lights even when headlights are on. The instrument cluster is working as normal.

I have no wiring diagram. eLearn isn't installed at the moment and is a right pain to navigate with whole chunks missing. I normally just borrow the Haynes from the library. But can't do that at the moment. Still shut. Hopefully someone has a copy to post. Although I not sure if aircon is even covered.

I diagram would be great if anyone has one to post. (y)

There have been no hot plastic smells so burnt motor or controller is unlikely. My fog lights relay is redundant so swapped that around. No changes. I'll have another grovel under the steering column to check relays and fuses under there.
I've got eLearn on the Windows computer - my goodness it takes talent to make something that horrible to use. When looking for the ignition switch circuits, I could not find any wiring diagrams but will try again.

I have a Panda Haynes but it doesn't cover the 100HP, any good?

is the wiring for aircon in there. Its not just the 100hp that has aircon.

I can't remember. There's lots missing. like half the engine management.

its split into two parts. Make sure you post the Panda one not the 500 I have fallen into that trap when skim reading the diagrams

I've been through the fuses (again) and found a 7.5 Amp by the OBD port was blown. Replaced it and the heater is working again. I wonder how long for.

Screen washer is still dead but no time to check the power to it.
