Technical 100 HP - Replacing Brake-Disc and Pads !

Rear brake clockwise

2010 Panda 4x4 Rear Brakes | FIAT Panda (Mk3)

Have some grinding coming from the rear wheels and the disc's don't look too great so going to tackle the job myself and replace disk and pads. Anything I should watch out for when doing it? The only thing I need to get is a Piston tool to push it back in, anyone link to one they recommend?
