Ok done the relearn procedure for now and checked if any fault came back so far nothing with all the ignition on and off even on the BCM side too

Well it's not a loss doing it but the fault comes and goes whenever it wants it's not a stable fault

If you mean testing the dongle with fiat ecuscan or multiecu scan i can try and i have also another elm327 dongle and a usb type one(forgot about this last one's brand)

elm327 and the free multiECUscan does a proper throttle relearn I believe

Forgot that my laptop doesn't connect to Bluetooth i managed with ancel dongle but the scan software doesn't support wifi interfaces only Bluetooth and cable

Perfect that will run on multiECUscan or AlfaOBD PC free versions

Your WiFi dongle will probably work it's AlfaOBD and an android phone

Although when I tried it last year I could connect to the ECU read and clear codes but wasn't able to control anything, my ECU wasn't listed and I tried every one but the fans would not switch on, disappointed I delete it
