Technical '06 Panda crank sensor issue.....

How many volt is there? I think i can manage a bulb to test with it I don't think I have 6v but 3 there is and 12 too

Ok and tried with the multimeter i got 0.135v and 0.55v while cranking between negative and the yellow/brown wire on both plugs the higher value is for the rear coil plug

Values are not accurate there's no power at all on them even tried on the DC too

Right back in the house

It has to be a LED a bulb will short circuit the coil and stop it firing anyway

Not the results I was expecting

0.135v and 0.55v was expecting no change while cranking

Have to have a think where to go next

Welcome back but what do you mean with what you said here?

Because if you mean putting on a 3v bulb i doubt it'll light at all even with the initial 1.2v initial spike

Anyway my question is can a faulty bcm cause the ECU to cut the signal?

On the ECU signal it's almost null or something about 4mv it's always like that even after the 2 seconds at first but when cranking it goes up

But now thinking about it when the car decides to fire it runs normally and no spark on all 4 spark plugs with the other wire giving a normal voltage on the other wire (coil plugs) means that the ECU is cutting the signal himself

Now as i previously mentioned i suspect the BCM to be acting up because last time the car ran after i cleared the BCM faults while it was running, the engine immediately went out

So this is a 12v lamp i had and each video is for a coil

positive battery terminal and the ECU signal wires
