I thought it was about time we cleared all the crap out the Sportwagon, put a new filter in the CDA, install a new MAF and see what the car will do on the road with a new engine map. As it was dry, we went for it....

The first two runs were crap as the car sat there and spun the wheels for ages. Then we started to get it a bit better on the launch

And then it started to become painfully obvious that the smell eminating around the vehicle was the clutch and brakes asking to be forgiven and the times were dropping off anyway

Tommy, the times are using a calibrated performance meter, not your mates watch and when your eyes think you have got to 60 lol! If you want a comparison come over and do some proper testing

I dont hate Bravo's (i loved my shiate), it just has a certain ring to it i use to call my fiat a shiate all the time when i had it cos it wasnt the best made car in the world! I was going to buy a HGT but had a look at a Clio last minute and there was no competion between the 2. And i didnt know you had to own a Bravo to post on this forum? The only thing that I find amusing is the amount of people going on about their supped up oil burners, I mean who buys a diesel for speed really and my 1.6sx would have killed Tommy ks diesel any day! and thats only a 1.6!
