Hi,

The EML came on on my partners 1.2 500 60 plate. After reading the code I discovered it was the P0016 fault relating to either the crank sensor or the camshaft sensor.

I tried clearing the fault code but it came back seconds after starting the car back up - however there don't seem to be any obvious problems with the car. It hasn't been stalling when its getting hot and seems to idle fine.

I decided to replace both sensors to see if that would solve the problem. So far I've only bought the cam shaft sensor. I tried to fit it today but couldn't find where the sensor should go.

Can anyone enlighten me as to where the cam shaft sensor is or what the problems I am experiencing are?
