Uconnect update problem

Uconnect is driving me crazy.
First, uconnect services doesn´t work even if i am connected over BT with my mobile (android, uconnect live installed but can not detect the radio). Update manager doesn´t work as well.
second, when i am connected with BT, i can call someone, but if they are calling me, they get "line busy" signal. Nothing shows on my phone.
Eng. mode is all grayed out except "basic info".
I would like to update firmware on my device, maybe that solves all problems.
Which FW should i download?

Just bounced in my truck and saw my uconnect began to refresh naturally and now that it's refreshed (uconnect t25.48) I lost my duel environment control, it doesn't show the air conditioning temp in the upper left or right any longer a red/blue line with a bolt… the right side (traveler is gone) likewise the red and blue bolts on the left and right of the screen to change temp don't work, to change the temperature I genuinely need to go into solace and slide the bar up/down with my finger. Additionally, the most terrible thing is my remote CarPlay isn't working. Who can say for sure the thing else is absent or not working at this point.
