uconnect 5 aux usb problem / engineering menu

Hi, I just replaced the basic uconnect 5 2017 with a 2019 5" with also the nav function on a doblo. All works fine (proxy done) just the aux menu is not visible and the usb is greyed and cannot select it. I tried going into engineering mode but the only option I can select is "basic information" the rest of the menu i cannot select.

anyone has any idea on what causes theis issue? only thing the new uconnect has not the correct VIN coded in....
