Just to update this post i now have in the boot of my jtd the top decat pipe from js tuning. it took a couple of weeks to get here but good communication all the way with email updates on order status.

As i am still waiting for the Reggazon centre pipe ordered from Gazella Racing it will be another week before i get the pipes on. Due to the lack of communication from Gazella (never answer phones and automated email reply of no use) i raised a dispute through paypal as waiting 3 weeks without being told the pipe is coming straight from the factory is not acceptable.

So, i ordered another Reggazon centre pipe from js tuning so that i would at least get one eventually and js seem a much more professional outfit. Downside is that i will end up with one on the car and one to prop the garage door open:)

I am looking forward to this, cant wait to hear feedback on your results (y)
 
Same here, can't wait to hear how it goes. Then I will do my car if it gives slot of gains,
I advise you to just put the de cat centre pipe on first and drive that for a few days and then the other one as my mechanic said the centre pipe would do a massive change on it's own.

Well one of the pipes turned up today:) forgot it was stainless steel. Think the wife is gonna get upset in bed tonight when she realises theres a decat pipe in bed with us.
 
ly crap. i wouldn't say more power but there is a lot less lag, turbo boosts hard from 1500rpm but does it rev quickly. Its like a remap on the remap.

when you get a remap you can hear the turbo whistle above 3krpm. Now you hear it from 2krpm but it spins up so quick now and pulls harder. When you back off the gas then touch the throttle again it picks up virtually instantly.

It cost about £250 for the pipes and fitting but it is well worth the money.
 
just been out in it again and noted that the turbo starts spooling up at about 1200rpm and over the next 300rpm boosts from 10psi to 22psi. Acceleration in 4th is like it was in third before decat and blanking off the egr.

Best of all is that is doesnt seem to chuck out any more smoke.
 
just to get things rite before i place my order, what pipes did you actually change??

You may want to consider this post made by rattystilo yesterday before purchasing. I'm pretty sure its not related to blanking off the EGR as I drive the same car(JTD 115) and my EGR has been blanked off for atleast 3 months with no issues so his EML problem lies else where, possibley decat related?

i have had the EGR blanking plates put on my 115jtd today and the EML is on. still goes well though but would like to know how to get rid of it.

i changed the mid pipe and the top pipe out of the turbo. The eml light has come on but the car has not lost any power. I will be getting the codes read next week. Still worth doing imho.
 
well i havent blanked my egr valve at all and after cleaning the map and putting a new maf sensor on the car jtd 115 re-maped it goes like a propa tank and the boost starts at around 1700 rpm,
well my mechanic told me to de cat the centre pipe and i would notice a real difference, plus alot of people have told me to do the same as it gives more power. so would be worth trying just that firstto see if it works on the stilo jtd
