Just bought a 2002 4 door JTD Stilo. I'm very happy with the car overall but there is one thing that's quite annoying about it, every time I put the key in and start the car the radio/cd comes on!

I looked through the owners handbook and radio/cd owners book but I can't find a solution. Owners book says if you turn of the ignition with the radio/cd switched on it will come on next time you start the car. However even if I switch of the radio/cd while the car is running next time I start the car the radio still comes on!

Anyone know how to fix this trivial but quite annoying problem?

If u push the menu botton and hold it down for a few seconds, there is a sub menu. I think the first thing that comes up is rds clock, there is a setting in there that u can change so u have to turn the radio off and on yourself and not with the key.
