I filled my car up last week and it said on the trip that my car had done 44.5 MPG which is pretty impressive Anyone else got a similar MPG to this?

It can be better if you had your engine version.

For me 1.4 8V 77HP:

Average : 6.2 l/100 -38 MPG UK (all day small trip)
Best : 5.4l/100 - 52 MPG UK (200 km trip go/return)

my twinair reads 46.6, was 11.7 when I first got it

Before I traded my Sporting in, i was averaging 45-50mpg easily. Used to go on the M4 between Swindon & Reading, and was getting about 35mpg between 80-90mph.

That said, in my Bocanegra, i'm averaging 40 to the gallon.. and she's a beast

I'm getting 39 looking forward to a trip to Blackpool see if I can get low 50's out of it

I have exactly 1 years worth of petrol receipts sat in front of me and the mileage done since I got the car. When I have time I'll be able to figure out exactly what MPG I have been getting. (as an average).

If u drive to the speed limit for 1week I got 68.7 mpg in diesel awsome

Trip to newcastle with my sporting (600 ish mile round trip) I averaged 46mpg at 50mph. That said, I have no catalyst so no backpressure in the exhaust system lol

Managed 40.1 mpg on my trip home from blackpool with a fully laden car and roofbox stuck within the speed limit all the way 70 on motorway when traffic allowed, traffic on good friday is marvelous!

My 2012 GBT multijet is according to the app on my phone averaging 63mpg over the 14,000 miles since I bought it in September. Have ad a couple of tankfuls over 70mpg!

I get about 34mpg to work and back, but had as much as 43mpg but there seemed to be a growing line of traffic behind me lol

my 1.4 multiair is averaging 37mpg. Hmmm. hopefully it will improve. only done 2600 miles

Had my Punto for a while now and it's averaging 49 mpg

Steady trip of 126miles, mainly motorway,plus country and town.

Doing a 25mile commute im averaging 40.3mpg out of my 1.4 8v.
big improvement on my old Vectra Sri

25 mile commute almost everyday and i average around 38-39, from peterborough to portsmouth with a full car i averaged about 42. There and back.

currently only 33 mpg mainly due to the nice sound my engine makes at about 4000revs
if prices keep going up im gonna have to learn to drive like an old man

Mines a 1.4 8V and I only get 34MPG, this isn't very good.. And I'm driving much slower now I have a nice car ?
