hey guys, could you tell me how to change my original headlights for angel eyes? got a mk2 punto, i think i have to take off my bumper to do it?

theres two plug/socket type wires (on each angel) which i presume just plug into what my standard ones are at the moment, but there is also two red and two black wires with stripped ends, again on each light, what are these for, the only thing i can think of is to connect the lights to my side repeaters!?

yep bumper off, them other wires red goes to live on side lights, black to earth

cool, cheers for that! just to make sure, because i got them today but havnt had a look under the bonnet yet, the red goes to the live wire goes to sidelights and NOT side repeaters? how does this work if the sidelights are in the unit itself, and also,is there a point where the lights have been earthed already that i can use? or do you know a good point to use!? thanks again! :slayer:

if you wire them to your side repeaters they will flash when you indicate, the rings are not pre wired as some like to have them on a seperate switch. all the black wires are an earth

there for the angel eye ring around the light i think.,., there not too bad to fit., theres 2 10mm bolts in the top and a 10mm nut behind the sidelight, also i think there is another 10mm bolt under the light.,.,

ok, getting confused now, been reading what people have done when fitting theirs on here and on puntomk2, is it illegal to have just the halo rings on for the sidelights? this is what i want to do, but havnt got the foggiest about how to do it!

ANGEL EYES FITTED!!! they look sssssooooo good, hooked up halo rings as my sidelights!!

fitted black angel eyes on my mk2, looks SO good! would recommend them to anyone with a mk2!!!
