When I bought my Punto Mk2 1.2 a couple of months ago, I noticed that one of the bolts on the shroud covering the exhaust manifold/cat is missing. Any idea what the size/spec is? As the other three bolts are present, it's mainly cosmetic but if it's simple to source a correct one, I'd like to do it.

see the 10mm headed bolts holding the wings on, these fit, but be careful as they might be too long.

You might want some big washers too if it's like any other cover I've seen

Think I used 12 or 16mm long, as long as you get a few threads it's enough

Tbh the Mani-cats cover either rots off or is rubbed apart by the vibration which only gets worse

When mine came off - it was off properly and for good

It doesn't affect how the car runs or anything

Thanks guys - believe it or not, the shroud is still in good nick (like the rest of the car) and I've ordered some bolts from Amazon which should do the trick. If I need a washer, I've got some in the tool box so all should be well. Thanks again...

When fitting make sure you put some antiseize in there as itll make it easier for removal
