Cam setting tool 1.8 16v

Can any1 help? I have somehow managet to strip the teeth off the cambelt on my new punto HGT, bent 8 exhaust valves and ineed to get my hands on a set of cam locking tools. does anyone know where i could hire/buy 2nd hand. cos £100 is a bit steep for brand new ones
