Great site!

I have a punto 1999-2003 with a broken heater assembly. The internal (to the heater assembly) air vent flap which opens the assembly to the heater matrix (on hot and cold control cable) has sheared off inside the cog and arm mechanism that the hot/cold cable actuates. The sheared end of the flap is inside the cog still but I can't work out how to reattach this.

I'm taking the heater assembly out but not sure what spare parts I can get (see below question)

My first question has anybody got any tips to repair this?

My second question; does anybody know what comes with heater assembly repair kit ePER (thanks for hosting guys) part #46722951 (sorry can't post link as not got enough posts)
