Hello

In my punto it is quite hard to get first and reverse, it needs a real push to force it into gear (when stationary!)

Once running I can sit on a hill on the bite point with no slipping or anything and the bite point is not that high so i think i just need to adjust the pedal.

I tried to find an adjuster but it seams to be hydraulic (as appose to a cable system)

Is there anyway to adjust the pedal?

Thanks
Chris

No

Most likely mate you need to change your slave cylinder (the one on the gearbox). Apparently they do fail on our cars (due to old fluid).

Give it a good bleed up to get rid of all the old fluid and jobs a good un, you should be fine

Hey thanks

Could you tell me were the reservoir is for this fluid?
And were the valve to bleed it is?
Thanks

its the same as the brake fluid resivior. Make sure its kept topped us as you bleed it as if you let it run low you will introduce air into the brake and clutch system.
