could be the master cylinder is blocked up with bits of rubber from the seals or the clip that holds the tube coming from the reservoir is rusted and crushing the tube. Something like that. If you bleed or release pressure at the slave you will find out if the master cylinder operates freely or not. The slave has a so called quick release clip and hose mechanism but is going to be rusted up but it will likely work if you are patient and free the clip and hose. The clip pulls up slightly and then the hose pulls out about 3mm or less to bleed or you end up pulling the clip out totally and pulling out the hose totally, cleaning all the rust and having to refit.

so it has nothing to do with yh clutch fluid... clutch fuel would not help?

This car uses break fluid between master and slave cylinder. master being on under the clutch padel, and slave is on top of gearbox/under the car battery box. So both of these cylinders are potential to be an issue.

But tell us - did it happen all of sudden like this: yesterday no problem at all meaning soft clutch padel, and returning normal - today problem hard clutch padel and returning slowly?

If the clutch pedal has been crazy hard before there is good chance you actually have to replace the clutch + clutch bearing. if the clutch still makes it possible to shift gears when clutch pedal down, and if it makes not possible to shift gears when clutch pedal is up I would proceed with replacing clutch and leave both of the cylinders.
