The Fiat badge on the boot is actually a button that you can push in to open the boot.

Pretty sure the boot button built into the badge is a new thing for the Evo, everyone who sticks stuff in my boot gets confused! lol

Its a pain you cant open the boot from inside the car without taking keys out of ignition, but i love the remote boot release

The Grande Puntos and the Punto Evo in Active trim have a solid Fiat boot badge and a button on the dash to open the boot, whereas all the other Punto Evo models lose the button on the dash and have the fancy Fiat badge that opens the boot instead.

Would think it costs just as much to put a dash button in the Active as it does to fit the boot badge/switch on all other models, so not sure why they go down the route of using different methods on different specs, but hey ho!
